What You'll Be Doing
You'll operate asphalt rollers on commercial paving projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin while working alongside experienced crews that care about quality, safety, and getting the job done right.
You'll also utilize your CDL to transport equipment and materials as needed while supporting paving operations.

✔ CDL Required
✔ 5 years of asphalt paving experience preferred
✔ Previous Asphalt Roller operating experience
✔ Commercial paving experience
✔ Strong attendance and reliability
✔ Safety-first mindset

- Approximately 55-hour work weeks
- Some Saturdays during paving season (typically 1-2 per month)
- Local work throughout Southeast Wisconsin
- Valid CDL
- Criminal background check
- Drug screen (including THC due to CDL regulations)
- Acceptable driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
