Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of experience leading testing initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM or related modules.

Proven track record as a Workday Tester with a primary focus on Workday HCM.

Strong understanding of Workday integrations, business processes, and security configurations.

Hands-on experience with automation testing tools, such as Kainos Smart Test (or similar Workday test automation solutions).

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams,

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
