Fraud Strategy & Operations Manager
Seeking an experienced fraud professional to lead onboarding fraud strategy, manual review operations, fraud rules management, and alternative data initiatives across lending and payments products.
Responsibilities
- Own fraud rules, manual review workflows, and onboarding risk strategy.
- Leverage bank data, device intelligence, and behavioral signals to improve fraud detection.
- Monitor fraud KPIs, portfolio trends, and policy performance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years in fraud strategy, identity risk, or fintech risk operations.
- Expertise in onboarding fraud, synthetic identities, and funding/deposit fraud.
- Strong SQL, analytics, and fraud tooling experience.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
