Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
- Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality care
- Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
- Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
- Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries
- High School Graduate / GED
- (CSPDT) Cert Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician, or (CSPT) Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
