Job Summary And Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
- Start and stop power plant equipment according to an established policy.
- Determine problems with equipment malfunctions. Make minor repairs.
- Handle emergency failures of essential utilities such as emergency power, water, gas, and other.
- Run building status and print and file information.
- Make engineering rounds every two hours and log findings in logbook. Pass on any necessary information to relief supervisor.
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Boiler Room/Maintenance experience preferred
