You’ll prepare the surgical suite, support the team during procedures, and ensure every patient receives compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
- Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
- Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures
- Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly
- Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience
- High School Graduate / GED
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Completed Surgical Technician Course and/or on-the-job training demonstrating ability or current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
