Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (based on availability)
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Laundromat Attendant to help keep our laundromat clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Keep the laundromat clean, including floors, folding tables, machines, and restrooms.
- Wipe down washers and dryers and maintain a neat appearance throughout the facility.
- Help customers with basic questions about using the machines.
- Restock vending machines with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and other supplies.
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags as needed.
- Monitor machines and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Keep laundry carts organized and return them to their designated areas.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Report maintenance, safety, or customer-service concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Able to work independently and stay productive during quiet periods.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting laundry supplies or trash bags.
- Previous customer service, cleaning, or laundromat experience is a plus but not required.
