At Rapid Valley Roadside, we pride ourselves on being a trusted provider of professional roadside assistance services.We are seeking experienced and dedicated Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team in the San Jose, Santa Clara and surrounding area. As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, assisting stranded motorists, and providing various roadside services such as battery jumps, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work effectively under pressure. This is gig/independent contractor work such an Uber or Lyft. Driver license is a must. Must have your own tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide services such as battery jumps, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and other minor repairs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep assigned vehicle and equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Must be Clean and Professional.
- Driver license. (Required)
