What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Driver position at Rapid Rental, LLC?
We are seeking a Class A CDL driver to join our growing team from our home base location in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. We focus on providing safe equipment for our drivers, and a dispatching team that is willing to listen to your concerns. This position also allows you to be home weekends, but may have occasional overnights during the week.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred, but willing to train
- Commercial driver's license (Class A CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic with ability to handle physical workloads when needed
- Ability to multi-task and always think ahead
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of roll-off and swing-thru trailers
- Remain professional and deliver quality customer service
- Properly document activity log per ELD Mandates
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before and after trip
