We are HIRING for an OFFICE ADMIN / FRONT DESK willing to work from Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm in our Hollywood Office.

Rapid Recovery Agency (RRA) is a nationally accredited repossession company with multiple offices across Florida. We specialize in working directly with major banks and financial institutions—no middlemen, no buy-here-pay-here assignments.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the office running smoothly with data entry, scheduling, appointment setting, customer support, and file management
• Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for clients, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain organized records, workspace, and office inventory
• Support process improvements that keep our operations sharp

What You’ll Need:

• Spanish Speaking (preferred)
• Front desk or admin experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative with a can-do attitude
