Seeking experienced CNC Swiss machining operators with demonstrated proficiency to independently operate Citizen and Hanwha Swiss machines and capable of making routine tooling changes and offset adjustments, troubleshooting, and inspection of parts to blueprint.

Summary
As a CNC Swiss Machine operator on our second shift, you will work independently in a high volume, fast paced environment producing a vast array of Swiss machined componets for a variety of industries across the United States. You will be proficient in Swiss Machine tool operations and able to make tool adjustment and troubleshoot problems in order to make parts to print, cost effectively and ontime, adhering to productivity standards and schedules to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years experience with CNC Turning and Swiss Turning machines.
- Ability to operate CNC Swiss machines.
- Ability to change and adjust cutting tools, set tool offsets and wear offsets and troubleshot common machining problems.
- Ability to make minor program changes and improvements.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
- Experience with Citizen and Hanwha CNC Swiss machines is a plus.
- Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments such as CMM's, Vision, calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with tooling and geometry.
