Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented heavy machine maintenance technician. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems to keep our operations running efficiently. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of essential machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a safe, reliable workplace. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties
- Perform minor building, electrical, painting and plumbing repairs
- Assist in shop and mechanical repair work as required
- Maintain and perform minor repair on trailers and other equipment
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Previous experience in maintenance or machine repair preferred.
- Valid Drivers License required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
