Role and Responsibilities: Embark on an exciting journey as an Assistant Manager in Training with Rapid Oil Change. Reporting directly to the manager and executive officers of the company, you'll enjoy a blend of hands-on floor work (90%) and administrative tasks (10%). Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and upholding customer service standards.
- Spending 90% of your time performing floor services and 10% on administrative duties.
- Reporting directly to the manager and executive officers of the company.
- Managing and supervising employees to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Demonstrating strong time management skills for efficient task coordination.
- Communicating effectively through written and oral channels with staff and customers.
- Fostering positive customer relationships and delivering superior service.
- Practicing fairness, diplomacy, and effective problem-solving.
- Managing bookkeeping, budgeting, and maintaining a keen eye for detail.
