Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately using appropriate tools and equipment
- Conduct tire rotations, alignments, and tire services to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Assist with vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical issues
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Assist with additional maintenance or repair tasks as needed, including basic diagnostics
- Uphold dealership or company standards for quality workmanship and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience with oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general automotive service is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify issues quickly
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically demanding environment
- Service technician experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for mobility around the service area
