Duties
- Perform quick oil changes, filter replacements, and routine vehicle inspections with precision and speed
- Conduct tire services including rotations, balancing, and replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Assist with wheel alignments and other basic mechanical repairs as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Diagnose common automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Support ongoing vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, belt replacements, and light repairs to uphold safety standards
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on quick lube services
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive diagnostics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service procedures
- Familiarity with tire service, alignment procedures, and general vehicle maintenance practices
- Service technician experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
