What You'll Do
- Help manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Track performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters (many remote/overseas)
- Assist in planning and managing brand marketing budgets
- Help build landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns
- Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and performance reports
- Learn and implement marketing systems and automations (GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Collaborate directly with leadership to execute growth initiatives
- You've got some experience in digital marketing or paid ads, and you're ready for more responsibility
- You understand how campaigns, creative, and metrics work together
- You're organized, accountable, and ready to take ownership
- You've got leadership potential — you take initiative, not just direction
- You're confident working with remote vendors and managing multiple projects
