Rapid Growth Marketing is proud to partner with clients, and we're looking for friendly, driven, and energetic Sales Team Members to represent the brand in retail locations across Portland. This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role where you'll be connecting homeowners with a product that genuinely solves a real problem.
No door-to-door. No cold calls. No B2B. Just real conversations with real customers — right inside busy retail stores.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the face of our clients in your assigned retail location — set up, ready to go, and engaging shoppers who walk right past your booth. Day to day, that includes:
- Representing clients and their brands with confidence and professionalism at in-store retail locations throughout Portland
- Approaching and engaging shoppers in a friendly, upbeat, and natural way — no scripts, just genuine conversation
- Educating homeowners about clients' products and solutions, and helping them find the right fit for their home
- Driving sales through one-on-one conversations and clear, compelling product presentations
- Setting up and maintaining a sharp, branded display that draws customers in and reflects our clients' standards
- Tracking customer interactions and reporting daily activity to your team lead
- Hitting daily and weekly sales targets as part of a competitive, supportive team environment
What You'll Be Selling
You'll represent our clients. Full product training is provided from day one. No prior experience necessary — just the drive to learn and sell.
What We're Looking For
- An outgoing, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking with people
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated — you show up ready to hit your numbers every day
- A team player who can also hold it down independently when needed
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus — not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

Work Location: This is a fully in-person, in-store role based in Medford, OR. You'll be working at high-traffic retail and grocery store locations throughout the Portland area. No remote, door-to-door, or work-from-home options are available for this position.
