Rapid Fleet Services Corp. seeks motivated, friendly individuals in the Bay Area! We are looking for a Service Advisor and would prefer 1 year of minimum experience and knowledge of the Automotive Industry. The site is located in West Sacramento.
Full-Time pay rate $18- $22 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Service advisors handle a wide range of tasks that vary slightly by employer:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues or service needs
- Turn customer concerns into clear repair orders for technicians
- Recommend maintenance and repairs in simple terms
- Provide estimates for cost, time, and parts, and get customer approval
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Keep customers updated on progress
- Handle questions, concerns, and follow-ups
- Process payments and explain completed work
- Maintain records and basic paperwork
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Ability to recommend services confidently
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computer systems and service software
- Valid driver’s license (usually required)
