What You'll Do
- Close deals daily by negotiating purchase contracts with motivated sellers
- Run in-person seller appointments and property walk-throughs with confidence
- Build trust quickly and present compelling win-win solutions
- Manage high outbound activity (100 calls/day) to generate your own pipeline
- Convert inbound leads into appointments — and appointments into contracts
- Network with homeowners, investors, and industry pros to expand your reach
- Take charge of your territory with field marketing and relationship building
- Keep your pipeline organized using our CRM (Salesforce)
- Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend profitable deals
- Report your wins, progress, and KPIs to leadership
- Consistently exceed quotas and celebrate big wins with your team
- Full-time availability
- A strong track record in sales — you know how to close and you love the chase
- Clean background check
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills — both over the phone and in person
- A self-starter who thrives under pressure, embraces goals, and hates to lose
