RCS is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications operating in cloud and other environments. We need you to help us develop optimization solutions to solve some of our client's toughest problems.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Herndon, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Demonstrate proficiency developing software applications using one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C#, C/C
• Demonstrate proficiency developing web applications utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
• Experience building business logic algorithms and workflows
• Experience utilizing version control software such as Subversion or Git
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph
• Extensive programming languages such as Java, C , C#, etc.
• Capable of full stack development
• Basic Cloud experience
• Understanding of AWS
• Load Balancers, APIs and Command Level
  
  
  

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• High End Cloud Development experience
• Programming to the Cloud
• CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, etc.
• Web developers: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and WordPress (training available)
