RCS is seeking a Delivery Manager / Engagement Lead (Cloud) to serve as the primary interface with a classified government customer and stakeholders. This role blends program management, customer relationship building, and delivery oversight to ensure successful adoption in highly sensitive environments. Ensures mission requirements are reflected in delivery. Manages political/relationship aspects, business reviews, and adoption strategy.

This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in Ft. Meade, MD. Relocation assistance may be available upon approval.

What You Will Do

• You will manage program delivery, navigate customer relationships, and ensure strategic positioning for success within the customers mission.
• Act as the main liaison with government stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate mission and compliance requirements into technical delivery priorities.
• Lead business reviews and program status meetings.
• Advocate for adoption across government programs.
• Support customer success through delivery oversight and escalation management.
• Manage technical platform and CloudOps Engineers to ensure that they deliver upon the requirements, goals, and deadlines of the mission and program.
  
  

Required Qualifications/Education

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (NSA Lifestyle CI & Full-Scope)
• 8 years of program/project management in the federal government/DoD/IC.
• Program/Project Management in classified cloud programs, strong customer-facing presence.
• Strong experience with cloud adoption and enterprise IT delivery.
• Proven ability to build trust in classified environments.
• Current DoD 8570 certification (e.g., CISSP, PMP-8570).
• Cloud provider certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure across impact levels and fabrics.
  
  

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Prior experience with other cloud governance platforms.
• Strong understanding of ATO processes and FedRAMP/NIST controls.
