RCS is seeking an AI Software Developer to help transition the office to new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to modernize current collection processes. The resources will train machine learning models and provide support for the productization and development of AI-based systems for use as part of the collection mechanisms.This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in Chantilly, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.What you will do:Train machine learning models in a variety of ways, to meet a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Synthesis of code to be used for automated webscrapes; Automation of other functions related to webscrapes, including detection and self-healing of scrapes; Automated visual detection of object types (like types of vehicles, license plates, etc) within video data; Automated review and analysis of terms of service of companies; Automating open source collection of data that could be used to train Sponsor-owned AI/ML systems and models.Provide Model training based on training data that may need to be acquired from other components.Create complete AI-based systems, which may include multiple inputs, models, human-review processes and outputs ETL processes and databases.Provide Productization and development of AI-bases systems for use as part of collection mechanisms.Provide support to operational elements that are using these systems including breakfix work and software updates.Research AL/ML technologies in open source to ensure that applicable cutting edge technologies and capabilities are being brought to bear on Sponsor efforts. Support the efforts to collaborate with other elements across the Sponsor and community that are engaged in AI efforts.Frame and scale data problems to effectively analyze, visualize and find data solutions.Develop and support scalable and secure functionality into software applications, focusing on integrating and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and logic into the deliverables of an IT project.Understand business objectives and develop models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track progress.Derive insights and analytic narratives from data and visualizations for effective storytelling and clear communication in response to specific research questions. Analyze technology trends related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and their strategic implications.Perform independent technical research in relevant areas; robotics, autonomy, software, engineering, data analysis.Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand and assess business requirements and define AI solutions to align with architectural framework and meet business needs.Be familiar with disciplines such as Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Predictive modeling, Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis testing.Program a system to look for or seek out specific conditions and respond based on those factors.Required Qualifications/Education: Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope PolygraphDemonstrated experience with the ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes with AI solutionsDemonstrated experience in data structures, data modeling, and software architectureDemonstrated in-depth experience and knowledge of machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.Demonstrated experience with extensive math and computer science skills, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithmsDemonstrated experience in AI/ML specific programming languages, such as Python, Jav, C , Conda, etc.Demonstrated experience training AI models, as well as in integrating pre-trained models into dataflows and software architectures.Nice to Have Qualifications:Demonstrated experience implementing secure AI solutions in the Intelligence CommunityDemonstrated experience working with highly sensitive data setsDemonstrated experience in leading AI/ML initiativesDemonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing ETL (Enhance/Transform/Load) pipelineDemonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge in implementing solutions in Amazon Web ServicesDemonstrated experience with very strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated experience performing in a collaborative team environment.
