Rapid Carwash is Hiring – Carwash Mechanic ($25–$40/hr)
Join the Rapid Carwash team as we grow our maintenance workforce! We’re looking for a skilled Carwash Mechanic to help keep our equipment running at peak performance. This is a full-time position with stable, year-round work and opportunities to take ownership of key systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of all car wash equipment using checklists
- Maintain and repair motors, compressors, conveyors, and wash systems
- Troubleshoot issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Repair and maintain filtration and plumbing systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and help develop long-term solutions
- Read and interpret repair manuals and blueprints
- Prioritize and complete repairs independently or with team support
- Communicate clearly with staff and assist customers when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience maintaining carwash equipment
- Strong working knowledge of:
- DRB software systems
- Washworld and PDQ in-bay automatic equipment
- Sonnys tunnel equipment
- Conveyor systems
- Mechanical background in automotive, pumps, or motors is ideal
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to lift, remove, secure, and install components safely
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing under pressure
- Willing and able to work weekends and non-operating hours when needed
