Position Summary
Rapid Assessment Group is seeking highly motivated, professional Security Officers to join our candidate pool for upcoming unarmed security assignments.
Our officers serve as ambassadors of safety by protecting clients, preventing incidents, providing exceptional customer service, and responding professionally to emergencies.
Candidates with military, law enforcement, first responder, or security experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned properties on foot or by vehicle
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
- Control access to facilities and verify authorized personnel
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
- Respond to emergencies including medical incidents, fires, disturbances, and security concerns
- Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Enforce client policies and procedures
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, EMS, and client representatives
- Maintain professionalism and sound judgment under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants possessing any of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Military service
- Law enforcement experience
- Corrections experience
- Emergency medical experience
- Firefighter experience
- Prior security experience
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Stop the Bleed Certification
- Active Hawaii Guard Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
