PRN Direct Support Professional

URGENTLY HIRING – PRN DSP POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Raphael House, LLC is currently seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. PRN staff provide essential support by assisting with coverage needs, including call-offs, vacations, staffing gaps, and additional support needs.

PRN positions offer flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals we support. Applicants must have the ability to work a variety of shifts and provide coverage based on the needs of the individuals and the program.

Available Shifts May Include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Awake Overnight)

Our individuals are active in their communities and participate in volunteer opportunities, appointments, and community activities. DSPs support individuals in maintaining independence, building life skills, and participating in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing supervision and support to individuals in the home and community
• Assisting with daily living skills and promoting independence
• Completing progress notes, documentation, and required charting
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Supporting grocery shopping, appointments, volunteer activities, and community outings
• Safely transporting individuals using company vehicles

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable attendance and ability to accept available shifts
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities
