Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have multitasking skills and willingness to learn new administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all interactions
Experience:
-Computer literate. Able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical or dental clinic preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
