We are seeking a junior Technical Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of ServiceNow Engineers and Cloud Engineers. What You'll Do
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, for ServiceNow Engineers and Cloud Engineers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain organized records and manage all details to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Serve as RapDev's ambassador to the talent market, communicating effectively with both candidates and internal team members
- Experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering roles
- Willingness to learn specifics about ServiceNow and Datadog technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A good sense of humor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Base Salary: $50,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience
