Dermatology Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Clinical Research

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical research team. This is a unique opportunity to work in both patient care and dermatology clinical trials alongside an experienced research staff and physician investigators.

We are willing to train the right candidate in clinical research and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Part-time candidates are preferred, though full-time applicants may also be considered.

Responsibilities – Clinical Research / Trials (Training Provided)

• Serve as a Sub-Investigator on dermatology clinical trials
• Assess patients for study eligibility and participate in screening visits
• Perform study visits alongside clinical research coordinators and staff
• Review laboratory results and monitor subject safety
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with study protocols and GCP guidelines
• Assist in ensuring compliance with clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active California PA or NP license required
• Previous dermatology experience strongly preferred
• Spanish speaking required
• Saturday availability required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Farsi speaking is a plus
• Clinical research experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available
• Saturday availability required

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
