What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Rao's Bakery Coffee cafe?
This position is responsible for:
- Receptionist duties including: Answering Corporate office phone lines; Managing corporate email, communication between corporate office and satellite stores.
- Human resources duties including: Pre-interviewing, setting up interviews & On-boarding of new hires.
- Events/Catering pricing & organizing: providing pricing for corporate catering events as well as donation. Organizing store managers for the execution of these events.
- Social media duties including: Replying to customer feedback, answering questions and relaying them to store managers.
- Inventory Management; Inventory and ordering supplies. Communication with suppliers. Price auditing activities. Checking in orders and putting supply away.
- Data entry: Helping update training and other support information for store managers.
- Product reports: Running reports using our cash register system
Other JOB REQUIREMENTS
Organized and Motivated; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Must be detail oriented and organized with time management skills. Preferred recent administrative office experience.
Ability to work well with others and multi-tasking are must.
Ability to lift 40lb boxes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
