Job Requirements:
Our restaurant managers are responsible for building a team of top performers, creating a special customer experience, and empowering their team to be at their very best. The expectation is that our managers will create a culture in the restaurant that is exciting, optimistic and rewarding.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow and enforce
- Company policies
- Operational procedures as they are instructed (Checklist)
The daily Operations of bakery
- Able to keep shift on target in reference to our top three priority’s
- Service, Product & Appearances
- Able to positions staff for best shift performance
- Holding staff accountable for performance
- Checking emails
- Properly performing paperwork duties as instructed
- Money accountability on shift
- Special orders being attended to and checked over
POS System
- There are task on our POS systems that you must be familiar with in order to perform the job of a manager.
- Time cards, Sales reports and product reports are all incorporated onto this one system
Management forms are also a must know in order to perform job as manager.
- Documentations & Customer complaints require proper paperwork forms filled out
- Product Knowledge
- Inventory and purchasing
- Development of staff members (training)
- Able to Communicate store needs and issues in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills
We are actively seeking charismatic and polite individuals with restaurant experience who thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- 3 - 5 years customer service experience in a retail environment
- Reliable Transportation
- Open/Flexible Schedule
- Basic computing Skills (Email, Microsoft excel & word)
- Time Management skills (Managers work 90% of their time on the floor with customers)
- Communication Skills (Able to communicate to staff & Handling customer relations)
Bakery Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Thursday: 5am-9pm
Friday & Saturdays: 5am-10:30pm
Sundays: 6am-8pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
