Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Assist customers with product selections, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory organization, and product displays.
- Support sales goals by highlighting products, suggesting complementary items, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other daily store operations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain store standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and using POS systems and handling transactions.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Experience
- Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floral design or gardening techniques enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Customer service experience that showcases your ability to engage positively with shoppers and resolve inquiries professionally
