RANR is a growing customer acquisition and sales firm in the Southwest Florida region. We are projected to double in size before the end of the year and are in need of a Customer Support Representative to help us with our expansion goals. The Customer Support Representative position plays a crucial role in our team's ability to provide our clients with new customers and a positive brand image.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with the business development and sales departments to conduct targeted community outreach initiatives on behalf of our clients
- Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients' products and services to prospective customers
- Ask the necessary questions to develop an understanding of each customer's individual needs and provide the best solutions for them
- Assist new customers through the enrollment process
- Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally
- Track all sales and enrollment information
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- This is an entry-level position; therefore, no prior experience is required; however, some experience in a customer-facing role is a plus!
- Comfortable working with a wide range of people and group sizes
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to commute to our office on a full-time, daily basis

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
