- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant HR related tasks required
- Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software and systems preferred, specifically UKG
- Familiarity with payroll processes preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Choice of sitting or standing or alternating between them (stand-up desk optional)
- Keyboarding/typing on a computer for extended periods of time
- Moderate noise, i.e., phones, printer, light foot traffic
