About the Role
We are seeking a Remote E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of at least one area of e-commerce, such as product research, product hunting, marketplace management, listing optimization, or order management.
You do not need to know every platform or perform every task listed below. We welcome applicants with experience in any one or more of these areas who are willing to contribute their skills and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and strengths, your responsibilities may include:
Product hunting and product research to identify promising products, market demand, competition, and potential profitability.
Researching product trends, competitors, pricing, and sales opportunities.
Creating, managing, and optimizing product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.
Managing online stores and marketplace operations.
Assisting with order processing, inventory tracking, shipment monitoring, and customer service.
Monitoring product performance, sales, and account health.
Identifying opportunities to improve store performance and increase profitability.
Researching new marketplaces, products, and strategies to expand the business.
E-commerce Platforms

Amazon
Walmart Marketplace
Shopify
Other online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
Candidates with experience in additional platforms or specialized e-commerce tools are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
We are interested in candidates who have one or more of the following qualifications:
Experience with product hunting, product sourcing, or product research.
Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Experience creating and optimizing product listings.
Understanding of market trends, competition, pricing, and product profitability.
Experience managing orders, inventory, or customer inquiries.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, research tools, or e-commerce analytics.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver assigned tasks reliably.
Previous hands-on experience is preferred. Applicants should clearly explain their specific skills and the platforms or tasks they have worked with.
Compensation Structure
This is a profit-sharing-based opportunity with no fixed salary. Compensation will be based on an agreed percentage of eligible profits, subject to mutually agreed terms.
The profit-sharing percentage, calculation of eligible profits, responsibilities, and payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
This opportunity is intended for individuals who are comfortable with performance-based compensation and are motivated to contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.
