Position Overview

Rango Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Arizona operations. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating heavy equipment in mining, construction, or related industries.

Equipment may include:

• Front-End Loaders

• Excavators

• Graders

• Scrapers

• Dozers

• Blades

• Haul Trucks

Requirements

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred.

• Mining, earthmoving, or construction experience is a plus.

• Strong commitment to safety and safe equipment operation.

• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven terrain.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday schedule, with weekends as needed.

• Overtime opportunities available.

• In-person position.

• Arizona project locations.
