Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maricopa, AZ, for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, assisting with lease administration, and fostering resident retention. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, maintaining strong communication with prospects and residents, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also help support the property team's goals by contributing to occupancy and revenue through leasing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leasing, lease administration, and understanding of lease agreements
- Experience in resident retention and fostering positive resident relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
