Role Description
The Groundskeeper is an on-site, full-time role based in Auburn, AL. Responsibilities include maintaining the property's exterior appearance. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness in common areas, sidewalks, and parking lots, as well as assisting with minor exterior repairs and reporting larger maintenance issues. The Groundskeeper will work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams to create a welcoming and safe environment for residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained
- Basic knowledge of outdoor maintenance and repair
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a collaborative and proactive approach to tasks
- Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
