Product Owner
Position Summary:
Our partner, a global leader in end-to-end IT solutions, is seeking a Product Owner for their Product Management team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the client and the development team, gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and creating actionable roadmaps to ensure the successful delivery of products. You will ensure that business needs are aligned with technical capabilities while also fostering a consultative approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain an agile development process, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that product goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field/experience
- 4 years hands-on experience working in a variety of business areas within IT
- 3 years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner
- Hands-on experience with backlog management and product development lifecycle
- In-depth- knowledge of Agile methodology and best practices

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the overall design strategy for current/new products.
- Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to create or enhance product experiences.
- Create and manage product backlogs.
- Communicate and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Lead iteration sessions, retrospectives, and sprint planning meetings.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets the requirements.
- Support end-to-end design processes across all products, from conception to final implementation.
- Present scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Track software requirements, changes, and releases.
- Manage changes to existing systems to make sure they fit with the long-term design strategies.
- Assist the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
