Experience and Education:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or equivalent experience/field
- Background working in banking or financial services, ideally within a data or reporting function
- Familiarity with Jack Henry or another banking core system
- Hands on work with SQL in a production reporting environment
- Prior involvement with SSIS or comparable ETL tooling
- Demonstrated capability building dashboards with a modern BI platform such as Power BI
- Routine collaboration with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions
- Develop Power BI dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making
- Create and update ETL processes in SSIS for data movement and integration
- Connect new data sources from Jack Henry into reporting and analytics workflows
- Translate business questions into repeatable, accurate reporting assets
- Validate data and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems
- Improve existing reporting through automation and optimization
- Collaborate with business teams to understand metrics and track performance
- Support data integrations needed for new products or operational changes
- Maintain documentation for data flows and reporting logic
- Monitor data jobs and address failures or performance issues
- Participate in iterative development of new BI capabilities
- Assist in data quality initiatives and governance activities
- Provide user support for dashboards and ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to team discussions on improving BI architecture and processes
