Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator for a full-time hybrid role based in Dayton, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for roofing projects, analyzing project requirements, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project teams to execute winning bids. Additional responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, attending client meetings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in roofing systems, waterproofing, and working at height.
• Experience in carpentry and insulation related to industrial and commercial roofing projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to prepare accurate estimates.
• Effective communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is preferred.
• Previous experience in estimating or roofing-related roles is strongly desired.
