Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Experienced Roofing Estimator based in Dayton TX, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting accurate roofing estimatimates, preparing project proposals, reviewing architectural plans, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful project execution. The role requires consistent site visits to assess project requirements, materials, and costs while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Roofing, including low slope roofing systems, steep slope, retrofit roof systems and roof maintenance.
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Insulation, with an understanding of structural design and thermal performance
- Experience in Waterproofing techniques and best practices
- Ability to work safely and efficiently at height
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in construction estimation software specifically using The Edge.
- Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is required
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required
