Ranger Joe’s Pizza is hiring dependable, friendly, hard-working team members to join our Columbia Falls, MT crew.

We have opportunities for people who enjoy working with guests, helping in the kitchen, making pizzas, preparing ingredients, or supporting the team during busy service. Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Available Positions

We are currently hiring for multiple crew roles, including:

• General Team Members
• Pizza Makers
• Prep Team Members
• Front Counter / Guest Service Team Members
• Kitchen / Back of House Team Members

Full-time and part-time positions may be available.

Pay

Estimated total earnings: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, including tips

Base pay depends on position, experience, availability, and overall fit for the role. Tips may vary by shift and business volume.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling based on business needs and employee availability.

Shifts may include:

• Morning prep shifts
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• 4–10 hour shifts depending on the position
• Tuesday through Sunday availability
• Closed Mondays

Student-friendly scheduling may be available.

What You May Be Doing

Duties vary depending on position, age eligibility, experience, and training, but may include:

• Making pizzas according to Ranger Joe’s recipes and standards
• Preparing ingredients and keeping food storage areas organized
• Helping cut, box, finish, and organize orders coming out of the oven
• Taking guest orders in person and over the phone
• Entering orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service
• Handling payments and basic cash transactions
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas throughout the shift
• Safely using approved kitchen equipment after proper training
• Working with the team to keep service moving during busy rushes
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures

Previous pizza or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. A strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn are important.
