Positions Available
We are hiring for several roles including:
- Pizza Makers
- Prep Team (morning/day prep)
- Front of House Team Members
- Back of House Team Members
Pay
$17.00 – $21.00 per hour (this includes tips)
Pay depends on position and experience.

Kalispell, MT
Flexible Scheduling
- Shifts range from 4–10 hours
- Student-friendly shifts available
- Morning, day, and evening shifts
- Open Tuesday – Sunday (Closed Mondays)
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities vary depending on position but may include:
- Enter orders using POS systems (TOAST)
- Answer calls and provided customer service
- Prep ingredients and maintain organized food storage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, mixers, cutters)
- Provide friendly customer service and take orders
- Handle cash and basic transactions
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Work with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy hours
- Assist with preparation and cooking of pizzas according to Ranger Joe’s recipes
- Finish and complete orders coming out of the oven
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling orders and cash
- Ability to learn POS systems and kitchen procedures
Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right people.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
