We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Washbay Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors and around heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
- Wash and detail trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment using pressure washers, hoses, and cleaning agents.
- Perform general upkeep and organization of the wash bay area.
- Refill soap, degreaser, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Inspect equipment for cleanliness and report any damage or needed repairs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other yard or shop duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required but a plus)
- Ability to operate pressure washers and other wash bay equipment
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including heat or cold
- Physically able to lift, bend, and be on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous wash bay, detailing, or laborer experience is a plus
- Tuesday through Saturday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
- 6 Paid Holidays after 90-days
- 2 Days Sick Pay annually after 90-days
- 2 Days Bereavement Pay after 90-days (according to Bereavement Policy)
- Eligible for Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90-days
- Eligible for 401k after 1-year employment (4% match)
- 40 hours vacation after 1-year employment, and annually thereafter; 80 hours vacation after 3-year employment, and annually thereafter
