What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Controller position at Ranger Energy Services, LLC?
SUMMARY
The Field Controller is responsible for providing support to Operational Managers. This position will ensure process control while preparing analytic reports, and analyzing PO, credit card spending, and revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Supporting Operations Managers in all aspects of Regional P&L’s
- Assist in Labor and C&B analytics
- PO and credit card spend report analysis
- Regional management of credit, purchase, and fuel cards in coordination with Corporate
- Revenue analysis
- Ensure process control and integrity for each region
- Tasks include:
- Credit Card, PO, Invoice coding and re-classes,
- Correct alignment of Personnel for Comp & Ben,
- Budget support,
- Monthly P&L commentary and support on all accounting / payroll / financial questions from Corporate.
- Assist the VP during monthly Review preparation and calls
- Local Field Admins have dotted lines to Field Accountants for support
- Ad hoc assistance for process improvements or analytics etc.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- Must have 4 to 6 years of experience in operations accounting
- Strong communication skills
COMPUTER
- Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications, including strong Excel skills
- Proficient and accurate ten-key and keyboard data entry
- Comfortable with computer applications in general

Salary : $76,100 - $96,400
