Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Construction Project Engineer located in Fort Pierce, FL. The Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate civil construction projects, monitor project schedules, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. They will also review and manage submittals, maintain accurate project documentation, and facilitate effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Construction Engineering
- Experience with Quality Control practices and managing Submittals processes effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (specifically HeavyJob and Primavera)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Pierce, FL and adapt to project demands
- Experience in heavy/highway construction is a plus
