Accounts Payable Part-Time
Reports to the SVP of Financial and Administrative Services/CFO. The major duties and responsibilities include:
- Assists the Accounts Payable Specialist in processing accounts payable.
- Process invoices for payment for supplies, services, and equipment received.
- Maintains vendor files for each vendor check paid.
- Assists with any research and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: At least 2 years work-related experience
Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or other Requirement: None
