Job Description
POSITION TITLE: EMT Instructor
START DATE: Open until filled

CAMPUS/DEPARTMENT: Erath/ Workforce
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Teach and support general courses in the EMT program. Maintain familiarity with and adhere to college policies and procedures. Provide instruction and an effective learning environment to facilitate student acquisition of the specific learning outcomes identified in the syllabi of the assigned course.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- EMT Certification
- EMS Instructor Certification
- 2-3 years industry experience
- Ability to utilize different methods in delivering course material
- Competency in MS Office, the Internet, and Canvas
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- EMT Paramedic
- BLS Instructor
- EMS Coordinator Certification
- Canvas LMS Experience
- Associates Degree or higher
