POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: Compliance Coordinator
Reports To: Compliance Manager
Classification: Full-Time/Exempt/Salaried
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for ensuring Range USA is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations regarding 4473 forms and ATF compliance. Teach, coach, and persuade store employees to adhere to 4473 standards and maintain accurate 4473 records and logs. This is a multi-unit role servicing area Range USA stores. Travel will be required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures that all 4473 forms are correct and complete in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws;
- Ensures that all stores have the proper files in place for denied 4473 forms that include the previous month’s 4473 forms;
- Ensures that all stores electronic bound book matches the 4473 forms on file in each respective store;
- Ensures that all multi-sale forms have been completed and then sent to the appropriate law enforcement agencies;
- Ensures that all stores are accurately completing required Firearms Inventory;
- Ensure that all error correction sheets have been acted upon and all forms are properly archived;
- Builds and maintains relationship with ATF partners;
- Facilitates compliance operations and serves as subject matter expert for assigned territory.

- Associate Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of retail management experience.
