Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented In Process Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards through precise inspection and analysis during various stages of production. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement in quality systems and processes. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Will also be tasked to run machine casually; CNC production machines and Laser Marking System.
Duties
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and ensure measurements align with specifications.
- Perform visual inspections employing vision systems to detect surface defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities.
- Document inspection results accurately through data collection and maintain detailed records for traceability and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations during all inspection activities.
- Participate in quality audits and support root cause analysis to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with quality management systems.
- Assist in maintaining calibration of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Support the implementation and adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards within the production environment.
