About Range Real Estate:

Range Real Estate is a family-owned commercial and residential property management company based in Winter Park, FL. We manage a portfolio of 30 NNN retail strip centers across Central Florida, along with 50 single-family homes. We take pride in hands-on management, strong tenant relationships, and maintaining high-quality assets for the long term.

The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team full-time. You'll work closely with ownership on day-to-day operations across both our commercial and residential portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for commercial and residential tenants

• Read, interpret, and assist in negotiating commercial leases (NNN)

• Manage rent collection and track delinquencies

• Conduct regular on-site property visits and inspections

• Issue and track code enforcement and lease violation notices

• Coordinate maintenance and repair workflows

• Manage vendor and contractor relationships

• Assist with CAM reconciliations and operating expense reviews

• Maintain organized lease files and tenant documentation

• Support ownership with rent rolls, budgets, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 1–3 years of property management or real estate experience preferred

• Familiarity with NNN leases is a strong plus

• Yardi or similar software experience preferred

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Suite

• Knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and self-directed

Compensation: $50,000/year
